Return Policy

Our company promises that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned within 7 days of the customer's actual receipt:

The product itself has quality problems;
The product was damaged during transportation;
The wrong item was sent, or the product does not match the ordered specifications/style, but the product is intact and does not affect resale.

Situations where the 7-day no-reason return policy does not apply:

Personalized/customized items;
The product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on);
The product itself, functional components, or accessories show signs of wear and tear;
The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding only opening), actually affecting resale;
The nature of the product is special and unsuitable for return, and you have confirmed this clause at the time of purchase;
Other situations where the product is in poor condition and affects resale.

Return Application Process

For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons, please contact the after-sales service center by email within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is intact and does not affect resale. After-sales personnel will process the application within 1-3 business days of receiving the email. The shipping costs for such returns/exchanges are borne by the customer.

Customer service personnel will process your application within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Shipping costs for such returns and exchanges will be borne by our company.

For returns and refunds, please contact the courier company directly within 7 days of receiving the goods to process the return. After the courier company signs for the returned goods, they will synchronize the relevant information with our company, and we will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
